Touristic field in the Liopetri Community of Famagusta District. It is situated approximately 1.5 km east of the local beaches and approximately 900 m south of the Larnaca–Paralimni road connection. The property has a rectangular shape with an even surface and is landlocked, situated approximately 320 meters southwest of the nearest registered road. Part of the property (about 48%) falls within the T3β Tourist Zone as defined on the maps of the Local Plan of Famagusta District, while the remaining 52% falls within the Sovereign British Base Area. According to the zone plan released in 2022 in the Sovereign British Base Area, the property falls within the T3β Tourism Zone. Within the T3β Tourist Zone, various tourist uses are allowed with the corresponding building factors. The property has a separate title deed.
